Telephone & Skype Tech Support is only provided to Users who have purchased an "Extensive Optional Phone & eMail Support Package and is only available during posted business hours Monday through Friday.

The Robolinux Offices are closed on weekends and holidays.

Worldwide Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday.
7AM to 11AM Eastern Standard Time.
8PM to 12AM Eastern Standard Time.

Robolinux Phone Support must be scheduled by sending a Phone Support Request email to
Tech Support 30 minutes in advance,
then a Tech Support Rep will call you.
