Monday through Friday.
7AM to 11AM Eastern Standard Time.
8PM to 12PM Eastern Standard Time.
The Robolinux Offices are closed on weekends and holidays.
Robolinux Tech Support Policies:
1. Tech Support emails are answered within 1 to 2 hours during posted business hours.
2. If you want phone support you must order an extensive Support Package from our
eMails sent after hours will be answered the following business day.
